HIVISWAKO is a highly safe water-soluble polymer compound conforming to ‘carboxyl vinyl polymer’, which is listed at ‘Japanese Standards of Quasi-drug Ingredients’. Having a high affinity for water, alcohol, and glycol, it can be dispersed within these solvents. Even in low concentrations one can observe a thixotropic gelling high viscosity body with good transparency and a high yield value. HIVISWAKO shows　superior performance when compared to the other natural or synthetic water-soluble polymers in terms of thickening, dispersion stability, aging resistance and resistance to bacteria. We offer three types of HIVISWAKO: 103, 104 and 105, which are designed for various purposes of thickening, dispersion, emulsifying and so on.

HIVISWAKO 105 MD ①Viscosity is not effected by concentration. Designed to make gel or dispersion liquids with a relatively low viscosity and excellent transparency.
②With a wide effective pH range, the stability in the presence of metallic ions and the availability to compound multi-products, as above this is the type having the widest application range.
